A CULINARY TRAVEL
In the heart of the 18th district, you can travel around the world without flying: the workshops Kialatok offer you every 3th Saturday of some discover workshops to learn the kitchens of the world, from Thailand to Brazil, by passing By Senegal, La Reunion or Peru. Each workshop is provided by a person from the country who wishes to share with you his taste for good things but also his culture: each participant must introduce himself in the original language of the host. Some of the trainers are helped for integration into the world of work, allowing them to share their knowledge in a professional setting. Kialotok also tries to transmit zero waste and no food wastage practices to their apprentices. The kitchen thus becomes a game to limit its environmental impact with a "plane ticket" from 69 €. And all of this in a friendly atmosphere! Travel, discover new cultures while preserving your environment.
UN VOYAGE CULINAIRE
Au coeur du 18ème arrondissement, faites le tour du monde sans prendre l’avion : les ateliers Kialatok vous proposent chaque 3ème samedi du mois des ateliers découvertes pour apprendre les cuisines du monde, de la Thaïlande au Brésil, en passant par le Sénégal, La Réunion ou le Pérou. Chaque atelier est assuré par une personne originaire du pays qui souhaite partager avec vous son goût pour les bonnes choses mais aussi sa culture : chaque participant doit se présenter dans la langue d’origine de l’animateur. Une partie des formateurs sont en aide à l’insertion professionnelle, leur permettant ainsi de partager leur savoir dans un cadre professionnel. Kialotok essaie également de transmettre à leurs apprentis-cuistots des pratiques zéro déchet et anti gaspillage. La cuisine devient ainsi un jeu pour limiter son impact sur l’environnement avec un “billet d’avion” à partir de 69€. Et tout ça dans une ambiance des plus sympathiques !
