A FONDATION FOR ART, CULTURE AND ECOLOGY
Close to the Acclimatation garden in the 16th district, you can discover the Fondation Louis Vuitton, the flagship of French luxury, with its modern architecture, slendered like a boat... Beyond its magnificent glass wall, this cultural place has been thougth with sustainable and high-quality environmental approach. Indeed, Flora, fauna and groundwater have been observed during the construction. Its accessibility has been well thought for different public such as disabled persons, but also for public transport, velib and autolib. Finally, #ecofriendly devices like a rainwater recovery and filtration system have been installed to limit its impact on the #environment. A true innovative approach for this type of building dedicated to #culture. A premiere! It is also a pleasure to discover its interesting stage design, its exhibitions which are often true #art events and its superb view of Paris from its rooftops. Before or after a walk in the Acclimatation garden, it is a perfect afternoon next to Paris near the #nature.
UNE FONDATION POUR L'ART, LA CULTURE ET L'ECOLOGIE
À côté du jardin d’Acclimatation dans le 16ème arrondissement, on découvre la Fondation Louis Vuitton, fleuron du luxe français, avec son architecture moderne, élancée comme un bateau… Au-delà de ses magnifiques verrières, ce lieu culturel a une approche durable avec une démarche de haute qualité environnementale. En effet la flore, la faune, les nappes phréatiques ont été respectées lors de la construction. Son accessibilité a été bien réfléchie notamment pour les handicapés, pour les transports en commun, mais aussi pour les velib et autolib. Enfin des dispositifs #écologiques comme un système de récupération et de filtration des eaux pluviales ont été installé pour limiter son impact sur l’#environnement. Une véritable approche innovante pour ce type de bâtiment dédié à la #culture. Une première ! Un plaisir aussi de découvrir sa scénographie intéressante, ses expositions qui sont souvent de véritables évènements d’#art et sa vue superbe sur Paris de ses toits. Avant ou après une ballade dans le jardin d’Acclimatation, c’est une parfaite après-midi à coté de Paris proche de la #nature.
