A HUMAN RESTAURANT, ORGANIC & SEASONABLE

In a decor combining materials and industrial spirit, in Yuman, we enjoy a simple and natural cuisine. Indeed, the team puts a point of honor to offer, every noon and every evening, on the spot or to take away, deliciously simmered dishes, #homemade from #organic and #seasonable products, #locavore, grown within 200 km or at least in France... These ingredients are good, tasty and full of nutrients. The menu offers dishes based on meat, fish, #glutenfree, #vegetarian or #dairyfree. There are all kinds of tastes.For this lunch, there was a very good pumpkin risotto that I accompanied with a homemade and refreshing lemonade.

The portions are generous and I have enjoyed myself. I also glanced at the wine menu: here too, only organic for your pleasure. In addition to this cooking commitment, the team is all smiley. A restaurant for good living and good food...

UN RESTAURANT YUMAN, BIO & DE SAISON

Dans un décor alliant matériaux récupérés et esprit industriel, chez Yuman, on déguste une cuisine engagée, simple et naturelle. En effet, l’équipe met un point d’honneur à proposer, chaque midi et chaque soir, sur place ou à emporter, des plats délicieusement mijotés, #faitmaison à partir de produits #bio, de #saison, #locavore, cultivés à moins de 200 km ou ou à minima en France… Ces ingrédients sont bons, savoureux et plein de nutriments. Le menu propose des plats à base de viande, de poisson, #sansgluten, #végétarien ou #sanslactose. Il y en a pour tous le goûts. Ce midi-là, il y avait un très bon risotto aux potirons que j’ai accompagné d’une citronnade maison et rafraichissante. Les parts sont généreuses et je me suis régalé. J’ai tout de même jeté un coup d’œil sur la carte des vins : là aussi, que du bio pour votre plus grand plaisir. En plus de cet engagement culinaire, l’équipe est tout sourire. Un restaurant où il fait bon vivre et bon manger…
